If you purchase a Standard or Cinema 4K film and you are not completely satisfied with the final result, you are eligible for a full 100% refund. No hidden fees, no complex forms.
To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request within 14 days of receiving your final rendered film. After 14 days, we consider the transaction final as the computational rendering costs have already been fully incurred on our end.
Requesting a refund is simple:
Once we receive your email, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. The funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund to your account.
If you purchased a "Gift a film" package, the refund must be requested by the original purchaser (the person who paid). Once a gift link has been successfully redeemed and rendered by the recipient, the same 14-day "Love It or It's Free" guarantee applies, but the refund will be routed back to the original purchaser's payment method.
